In times of a growing shortage of qualified workers, soft location factors are becoming increasingly important. They determine the quality of a location's life and are therefore important factors in the competition for employees.

Our region offers significant soft location factors, in particular outstanding landscape qualities and free-time activities.

The Westpfälzer Wirtschaftsge(h)spräche [means representatives of economics are having a conversation while going for a walk] are a series of events organised together by ZukunftsRegion Westpfalz and Erwin Schottler. The host of the event, which this time is organised in cooperation with the IHK Pfalz [Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Palatinate], Verbandsgemeinde Dahner Felsenland [the municipality of Dahner Felsenland] and Kreis Südwestpfalz [the district of Südwestpfalz], is the “Dahner Hotel Pfalzblick”.

The Wirtschaftsge(h)spräch is addressed to decision-makers from business, politics and society, who want to get to know each other during a short hike and to discuss results-oriented, stimulated by fresh air and movement.
