The changing world of work is constant and present; small and medium-sized enterprises are also affected and face major challenges. The digital transformation in particular is often difficult for SMEs to cope with. INQA Coaching is an employee-oriented consulting program for SMEs that is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Union.

Our ZRW lunch is all about INQA coaching: Dr. Viola Hellge from the Institute for Work and Technology (ITA), a certified INQA coach, will explain in her keynote speech for whom such coaching makes sense, in what form SMEs can be advised and supported by coaching and when part (up to 80%) of the consulting costs can be covered.

Other ZRW members who also offer INQA coaching will also introduce themselves.
